Building Construction
Our building construction portfolio stretches back over 50 years and includes a vast array of residential, commercial and institutional projects. Our biggest clients include WE Telecom, the Egyptian Ministry of Justice, the Egyptian Ministry of Interior, and the Major Projects Department of the Armed Forces.
Infrastructure
Our experience puts us in a fantastic position with regards to Egypt's infrastructure plans for roads, bridges, water treatment facilities among others. Our current expansion plans see us especially targeting water treatment facilities during the coming period. We also envision expanding into roads & bridges by the middle of 2023. This along with our energy plans will make us one of Egypt's truly full-service construction firms.
Industrial
Targeting the industrial construction sector especially the energy sector is one of our main goals in the coming period. Egypt's national energy plan targets renewable energy to provide an ever increasing percentage of the total energy production. With COP27 underway in late 2022, billions of dollars are being invested in energy over the next decade and we intend to exploit this opportunity. We plan on being one of Egypt's biggest solar contractors by the year 2025.
ABOUT
Founded in 1970, El Megharbel Construction has established itself as one of Egypt's top construction firms. Rated as category 1 within the Egyptian Federation of Contractors, we are well-positioned for growth as a result of the massive expenditure earmarked for infrastructure and construction projects during the next decade. Our decades of experience in general construction is complemented by our expansion plans into infrastructure and energy. Given Egypt's natural resources, we are currently establishing a new division especially catering to solar energy projects while we also forecast a considerable amount of demand for water treatment facilities. We also plan on establishing 2 new branches for our company. One in western Cairo scheduled for the summer of 2023 and the second one in Alexandria which is scheduled for the winter of 2023. We are also undertaking a comprehensive plan to modernize and expand our equipment fleet through a plethora of new procurements.
