El Megharbel Construction

Les Rois is a fully integrated compound located in New Cairo. It is owned by the Housing & Development Company, one of the Housing & Development Bank's companies. The project was awarded in different phases with our company winning the bids for most of the residential buildings in the compound. That included twin villas, townhouses and stand alone villas. The project has been a success and given that the majority of its construction was done in the unstable years of the revolution 2011-2014, this is testament to our company's strength and our ability to execute our contracts under any conditions.
